Trina Charles first discovered Covet & Mane in 2020, not through a sales call or a trade show, but through a rack of the most beautiful extensions she had ever seen, hanging in an Ohio salon. She followed the brand immediately and spent the next two years earning the credentials to buy the hair. When Covet & Mane launched the Concealed Method, Trina was in the first cohort. She has never looked back.
Now operating an extension-only business, Trina serves 40 to 50 guests each month, retains 90% of her clients year over year, and has doubled her extension business since becoming certified. Trina Charles is an independent extension stylist based in Ohio who certified with Covet & Mane in 2022. Working independently requires a unique level of discipline. There is no built-in team culture, no predetermined education schedule, and no operational support system. Every aspect of Trina's business has been built with intention.
Today, Trina runs an extension-only practice, serving 40 to 50 guests per month. She was part of Covet & Mane's inaugural Concealed Method certification cohort in 2022 and has attended four Covet & Mane events since. Over time, the Concealed Method has become the foundation of her business.
